ScholarsMart

ScholarsMart, a manuscript acquisition program by ScholarCraft Publication, welcomes authors to sell their fully prepared articles (research articles, review articles, short communication, case study, general articles, popular articles, etc.) directly for publication services. Submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous evaluation by our expert reviewer panel, assessing content quality, technical depth and originality, and a custom-made fee is negotiated based on that assessment. Authors must sign a No-Objection Certificate transferring rights and submit via our Online Submission Portal only. Payments are released upon final acceptance from the Editorial Board, ensuring transparency and ethical compliance.

ScholarsMart - A Manuscript Acquisition Program by ScholarCraft Publication

Role Overview

Authors in this program can submit and sell their polished manuscripts (research articles, review articles, case studies, general articles) directly to ScholarCraft. Our Editorial Board evaluates each submission per COPE’s standards for third‐party involvement and authorship transparency.

Submission Criteria & Process

1. Manuscript Standards

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Technical Rigor: Articles should provide clear methodology, results and discussion aligned with journal‐quality standards.
  • Formatting Compliance: Authors must adhere to target journal style (references, figures, tables) as per APA guidelines.

2. Evaluation by Reviewer Panel

  • Content & Clarity: Reviewers assess logical flow, argument strength and scientific contribution.
  • Ethics & Originality Check: Submissions undergo plagiarism checks (e.g., TURNITIN) and AI‐score review.
  • Technical Depth: Domain experts evaluate methodological soundness and innovation.

3. Fee Determination & Negotiation

  • After evaluation, our team proposes a purchase fee based on article complexity, length and market rates (typically ₹ 1,000 to ₹ 5,000).
  • Authors may negotiate terms; final agreement triggers preparation of a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) transferring necessary rights.

4. Payment & Rights Transfer

  • Payment Release: Fees are disbursed only after the manuscript achieves formal editorial board’s acceptance and payment clearance.
  • Rights & Licensing: Authors sign an NOC ensuring ScholarCraft can manage publication rights, in line with COPE and Elsevier ethics standards.

Registration & Agreement

  • Formal Registration: Author must register with ScholarCraft.
  • ID Proof & Bank Details: Submit a government ID (Passport, National ID or Driving License) and account information for payment processing.
  • No-Objection Certificate: Authors must digitally sign the NOC form during submission, confirming the transfer of publication rights.
